Marketing and Sales Controller (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Support and further development of sales controlling methods and logistics controlling.
- Support and further development of reporting (e.g. reporting via dashboard).
- Introduction, support and further development of annual planning and rolling forecasts.
- Carrying out preliminary calculations for customer quotations and post-calculations for customer orders.
- Analyzing all processes in the area of responsibility - identifying improvements and communicating them to the relevant decision-makers for implementation.
- Continuously informing the Controlling department management about undesirable developments, their causes and possible countermeasures.
- Responsible for carrying out all activities as part of the month-end closing process.
- Processing all relevant interfaces in the area of responsibility.
- Creating and proactively developing relevant report components.
- Updating and improving existing controlling tools in consultation with the Head of Controlling.
- Supervision of various projects as required.
- Responsibility and main contact person for the administration of C8.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the fields of business administration / industrial engineering or commercial training with further training in controlling
- Several years of professional experience in controlling
- Confident handling of the MS Office package and ERP system
- Knowledge of the process industry paired with strategic thinking
- Initiative and commitment
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Analytical thinking paired with a structured, reliable and independent way of working
- Discreet and loyal work attitude
