Responsibilities
- Exciting and challenging responsibilities in our market research division, where you will gain comprehensive insights into managing quantitative market insights projects focused on analyzing the confectionery market, as well as our brands and consumers
- Methodological management, administration, and preparation of retail panel data, as well as maintenance of data models and database systems for monitoring retail-related data
- Independent organization and management of processes and projects related to retail data
- Supporting the positive development of our brands through research, analysis, and reporting, as well as constructive and close collaboration with external service providers and internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Category Management
Qualifications
- An advanced bachelor’s degree in economics or social sciences, as well as initial practical experience, e.g., through internships or study abroad programs
- Fluency in German and very good English skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office programs (with a focus on Excel)
- Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills that allow you to quickly grasp complex issues
- Strong numerical aptitude and a passion for working with numbers
- Strong communication skills when collaborating with internal and external contacts
- Ability to work independently and a motivation to take initiative and make things happen
