The company operates 4 branches and an online store and is located in Baden-Württemberg in an attractive city with an interesting infrastructure and in an area with a high recreational value.
We are looking for you as an entrepreneurial successor (m/f/d) with various forms of participation to further develop the stationary division. Anything is possible here.
The tasks

If so, we can offer you the special opportunity to take on responsibility as Managing Director for a successfully established, previously owner-managed medium-sized retail company and actively develop its future.
As part of a planned succession, we are looking for a personality with ideas, taste and business expertise - someone who will lead the company with respect for its history and with a clear view to the future.
- Overall responsibility for the strategic, operational and commercial management of the company
- Further development of the business model, product range and market positioning
- Ensuring sustainable profitability and responsible management of sales, costs and liquidity
- Managing, motivating and developing employees
- Maintaining and expanding customer relationships and representing the company externally
- Identifying trends, innovations and growth opportunities in the retail sector, especially for office supplies
- Maintaining the corporate culture and at the same time providing impetus for future-oriented changes
Your qualifications
- You enjoy retail and have a keen sense for products, trends and target groups.
- You think entrepreneurially, act in a commercially sound manner and make clear decisions.
- You have management experience and know how to inspire and motivate people.
- You have strategic thinking skills as well as operational implementation strength.
- You have taste, a wealth of ideas and the courage to break new ground.
- You like people - customers and employees alike - and see service as a matter close to your heart.
- You see social developments as an opportunity and are open to different forms of responsible corporate governance
