YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You develop the cross-location strategy with the plants and implement it together
- You will manage the local plant managers and technical departments and promote a uniform management culture and talent development
- You will define and monitor key performance indicators and ensure the highest quality and safety standards in all processes
- You manage investments and budgets and drive continuous improvement processes
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- After completing a technical degree or comparable training with a technical focus, you have at least 10 years of experience and success in the production of food, including several years in a cross-plant function
- You are adept at working with automated production processes, ERP and MES systems and are familiar with the relevant hygiene and quality standards as well as key business figures
- Personally, you are an inspiring leader with strong communication skills, decisiveness and the ability to successfully master complex challenges in a dynamic environment
