Our client, your future company:
Your future company is a meat processing company in the food industry and handles the processing, quality control and packaging of fresh meat, including blast freezing. Export processing is of course part of the job.
Your place of work:
We are looking for you at the earliest possible date for the location in the Steinfeld (Oldenburg)/Lower Saxony area.

Your future area of responsibility:
- Operational company management and full sales and profit responsibility for the operation of the meat and refrigeration center
- Quality and KPI-oriented control & efficiency improvement as well as profit responsibility for the processing, packaging & refrigeration of food products (including meat products)
- Responsibility for product costing and merchandise planning as well as investment and budget planning
- Expansion of the export function and acquisition of third-party customers
- Personnel management, planning and development as well as contact person for external parties and authorities
- You will represent the company externally and cooperate with your closest employees and other central units of the company on a basis of trust
What you bring with you:
- Training in the food industry (butcher, food technician), university degree in business administration or economics or comparable further training desirable
- Profound experience in the processing and packaging of frozen meat products etc. as well as a high level of technical process understanding
- Experience in the development and implementation of a long-term business policy within the food industry
- Proven leadership skills, a convincing, value-reflective personality who can motivate and inspire through drive, competence, ability to set an example and winning communication skills
- Systematic and structured way of working, flexibility, reliability, self-organization, ability to work under pressure and hands-on mentality
