- Purchasing of live cattle
- Price determination and pricing according to quality criteria
- Carrying out the carcass inspection
- Passport entry and maintenance of all necessary data in the system
- Communicating with the cutting department

Your profile
- Professional experience in the food industry, ideally in the livestock sector, desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office and merchandise management systems
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Friendly demeanor and communication skills with customers
- Business management thinking and results orientation
- Flexibility as well as an independent and team-oriented way of working
- Place of residence preferably within reach of one of our slaughterhouses (Wilhelmshaven, Badbergen, Altenburg and Kempten)
