To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for you to join us immediately as a

Key Account Manager, Private Label (m/f/d)

Work Schedule: Full-time | Start Date: Immediately

Your responsibilities with us:

  • Customer Relations: Strategically establishing and expanding long-term business relationships with our most important customers
  • Negotiation: Independently conducting annual reviews, terms and conditions negotiations, and requests for proposals
  • Project Management: Working closely with product development, purchasing, and quality teams to successfully implement private label launches and product optimizations
  • Product Line Development: Analyzing market and competitive data to develop customized portfolio and marketing strategies for each client
  • Sales Responsibility: Monitoring budgets, sales volumes, and results for the client accounts you manage

What we’re looking for in you:

  • A completed degree in business administration or comparable business training
  • Professional experience in sales / customer management (ideally in private label / FMCG)
  • Passion and enthusiasm for (organic) food, as well as a keen sense for new trends
  • A persuasive and empathetic communicator with strong negotiationand communication skills
  • Proactivity, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and an ERP system
