You will be responsible for central retail partners and develop our strong, regionally rooted beverage brands in food retail in a targeted manner. We are looking for a full-time, permanent Key Account Manager for the entire RhönSprudel Group for Private Label as soon as possible.
These would be your future tasks with us
- Independent support of selected key accounts with regard to private labels
- Identification and development of new sales and growth potential within the responsible customers
- Analyzing market and customer data and deriving and implementing sustainable key account strategies
- Independent preparation, management and follow-up of annual meetings following structured training
- Consistent implementation of agreed measures, budgets and targets, including management of sales and revenue development
What you bring with you
- A completed degree (e.g. business administration, economics)
- At least 5 years of experience in key account management, ideally in the beverage or FMCG environment
- Fluent English (at least B2 level) and German (C2)
- Very good understanding of structures, decision-making processes and mechanics of food retailing
- Strong negotiating skills, strong closing skills and a confident manner at all levels
- A structured, independent and results-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and a genuine interest in long-term customer relationships
- Interest in 100% mobile working combined with a willingness to travel within Germany and a class B driving license. Our IT equipment also enables us to work at all our locations.
What you can expect from us
- Attractive salary: €85,000 gross/year (on a 40-hour basis), including vacation and Christmas bonuses.
- Plannable working hours: After completing your induction, you will organize yourself largely independently in order to support your retail partners and achieve your goals. As a rule, however, our working day starts at 09:00 at the latest.
