KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (M/F/D)
Your tasks
- Development of a medium-term customer strategy (3-5 years) for our brand business as well as an annual customer plan in coordination with our corporate goals
- Creation and implementation of negotiation strategies, management of annual meetings and strategic reviews
- Analyzing market and customer key figures, monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities and gaps
- Planning and implementing promotions, optimizing distribution and implementing business development initiatives
- Building and maintaining trusting relationships at all levels of the client
- Working closely with marketing, revenue growth management, customer management and supply chain
- taking on cross-functional projects in the area of sales
Your profile
- Dynamic sales personality with a degree in economics and a good dose of entrepreneurial drive
- Experience in operational account management - ideally in the FMCG environment
- Strong customer focus and analytical and conceptual strengths
- Proven success in the development of strategic customer plans
- Confident appearance and confidence in conducting demanding negotiations and sales talks
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy cross-functional collaboration
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Business fluent in German and English
