The family business, now in its 3rd generation, specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality roasted coffee products. The company supplies the European and international food trade with products such as whole beans, filter coffee, coffee pods and coffee capsules. The quality products are sold under the brands MINGES, FEINKOST KÄFER Munich and ALVORADA Vienna.
We are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible:
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER EXPORT (m/f/d)
RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN TASKS:
- Support and strategic development of our existing key accounts in the European food trade with a focus on Eastern Europe and Scandinavia
- Acquisition of new customers and expansion of our sales network in Eastern Europe and Scandinavia
- Collaboration in customer-specific turnover, sales, budget and profit planning
- Preparation/follow-up and participation in annual, listing and strategy meetings
- Coordination of POS measures and campaigns
- Preparation of key sales figures and continuous market analyses/observations
- Conceptual cooperation with our marketing team
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Successfully completed commercial training or studies with a focus on sales, food industry or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in sales (key account and export) in the food industry – preferably hot beverages (coffee, tea and/or instant)
- Very good knowledge of working methods in the food trade (LEH/C+C/Discount)
- Strong customer orientation, negotiating skills and strong closing skills
- Analytical skills in combination with a certain “hands-on mentality”
- Very good IT skills (MS Office)
- Willingness to travel and business fluent in English (other foreign languages an advantage)
