The Henglein Group is a dynamic, owner-managed family business with headquarters in Abenberg/Wassermungenau. We are one of the leading international suppliers of chilled potato products, pasta and bakery doughs. Due to continuous growth, we are looking to strengthen our team at our headquarters in Wassermungenau . Ref.: WM-2026-023
Your tasks
- Maintaining and proactively expanding existing customer relationships in food retail and food service
- Preparation and implementation of annual, condition, marketing and product range discussions with our customers
- Analyzing sales, market and competitive data and deriving specific measures
- Ensuring optimal exploitation of customer potential
- Managing new launches, listings, distribution and action planning
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces and the national sales force
You bring with you
- Successfully completed commercial training or a business degree
- Professional experience in sales, ideally in the food industry
- Strong customer orientation, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage
