On behalf of our client, a successful Berlin-based manufacturer of high-quality, vegan organic food, we are looking for a (Junior) Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join the existing team as soon as possible.
Your challenge:
- Operational and strategic support of the most important private label customers from the drugstore / food retail environment
- Identification of growth opportunities and structured further development of customers; support in the acquisition of new customers
- Managing the private label business from inquiry to implementation
- Interface management between customers and internal departments
- Handling customer portals, condition models and margin logic
- Participation in trade fairs; customer visits
- Direct reporting to the Head of Sales
What makes you special:
- Completed commercial training and/or studies in business administration or economics
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the FMCG environment, ideally in the food sector
- Private label experience desirable, an understanding of retail mechanics is important
- Closing skills and sales gene, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, initiative and hands-on mentality
- Business fluent in German, good knowledge of English
