HEBERLEIN CONSULTANTS | Executive Search is a specialized recruitment consultancy with a focus on the food, beverage and consumer goods industry as well as retail. We support companies in filling management positions - from senior managers to executive directors. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person who actively supports us in the execution of search mandates and would like to develop into a personnel consultant in the future.
Tasks:
- Support in the execution of executive search mandates in the food and consumer goods industry
- Identification and direct approach of executives and specialists via various channels
- Conducting initial interviews with candidates
- Creating structured candidate profiles and assessments for our clients
- Market and target company research as part of ongoing search mandates
- Support in the management and coordination of candidate processes
- Maintenance and further development of our candidate and project database
- Close cooperation with the management in filling demanding management positions
Profile:
- Successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in recruiting, sales, consulting or personnel consulting is an advantage
- Interest in companies, markets and management personalities in the food and FMCG industry
- Very good communication skills and enjoy approaching candidates directly
- Structured, careful and independent way of working
- High willingness to learn and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good German and good English skills
