HR Generalist (m/f/d)
Make a personal contribution & become part of the Trolli family:
- You will be the first point of contact for our employees in all matters relating to time management, payroll accounting, vacation entitlement and tax and social security issues – ensuring clarity and trust
- You will be responsible for creating payroll accounting in SAP for your area of responsibility and ensure a reliable basis by carefully maintaining the personnel master data
- You are responsible for the creation and further development of meaningful HR reports, ad hoc evaluations and personnel statistics (both internally and for our stakeholders)
- You enjoy helping to design and optimize HR processes in the area of payroll and time management
- With your know-how, you support the further development of future-oriented and process-optimized HR work (efficiency, customer orientation, digitization)
- You are an initiator and important sparring partner when it comes to the development and documentation of solutions and requirements for the configuration when introducing SAP SuccessFactors – in particular Employee Central – including implementation
We are looking for you!
- You have completed commercial training, supplemented by further training as a personnel specialist or payroll accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- In addition to several years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in a manufacturing company, you have the motivation to develop yourself further and set new impulses
- You have experience in digitalization and transformation projects, especially in the introduction of standardized processes and/or new HR tools
- You have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
- You have expertise in HR project management as well as process design and documentation
- Your way of working is proactive, analytical and solution-oriented – you make a significant contribution to the further development of our HR processes
