- The current challenge for Operations is to manage the growth agenda and implement best practices and excellence standards across all locations
- Against this background, we are now looking for the Head of Technology & Projects (m/f/d) to establish a central "Technology and Projects/Technology Development" department at the main location in Rheine
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Responsible for the coordination & implementation of key projects in the technical area and for achieving the targets; ensuring process conformity
- Direct management of the project engineering, supply engineering (energy/cooling), OT and building services engineering departments
- Developing investment plans and coordinating them with the business plans of the locations; budget preparation
- Managing technological process improvements to increase production capacities and the energy efficiency program
- Working closely with product development to identify and implement technological innovations
- Ensuring the availability of all central supply services for the Rheine site in terms of quantity, quality and costs
- The incumbent will report to the MD Operations Germany

YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant professional experience in the field of technology in the FMCG/food context (at least 10 years) or comparable
- Several years of management experience of teams of experts in the context of complex technology projects, with financial/controlling support
- Strong initiative, motivation, proactivity
- Independent, structured and meticulous way of working
- Excellent communication and diplomatic skills combined with a consistent focus on results
- Fluent in English and international experience
- Completed studies, e.g. plant engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent training
