
ESTABLISHED FMCG SPECIALIST IN THE PRIVATE LABEL BUSINESS
- Our client is an established FMCG company with a strong position in DACH, both in the brand and PL segment
- The corporate culture is medium-sized, with short decision-making processes and close market proximity, not only to German but also to international retail organizations
- Our client has a particularly high level of expertise in implementing customer-specific product range and product concepts and has achieved a considerable market position in various product groups in this area
- In the area of private label product ranges, the company has many years of experience in joint development with customers, procurement and marketing
- We are now looking for a new Head of Sales PL (m/f/d) for this important business area
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Overall responsibility for sales of the private label business in the food retail sector in DACH
- Developing and implementing a sustainable sales strategy for the expansion of existing and new customer relationships
- Identification of market and growth potential within existing retail structures
- Managing the price & condition strategy in the private label business
- Managing the sales team in the PL area and developing a performance-oriented sales organization
- Preparation & execution of annual meetings, contract & price negotiations
- Close cooperation with the purchasing department

YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of sound sales experience in food retail, in particular in the private label business
- Proven success in the development and implementation of sales strategies in the FMCG environment
- Very good knowledge of retail structures and decision-making processes in the food retail sector in DACH
- Self-thinking & acting personality with a strong focus on results
- Strong leadership, team orientation and clear communication
- Analytical strength combined with operational implementation skills
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Business fluent in German and English
