Your tasks
- You handle inspections by authorities or customers and external audits independently (e.g. IFS, Q&S, AMA, organic, PGI, veterinary inspections, etc.)
- You are responsible for planning and coordinating internal system audits and carry them out independently
- You document, analyze and consistently follow up on deviations
- You monitor the effectiveness of the measures implemented and ensure sustainable improvements
- You continuously review and develop our QM systems and QM processes
- You work closely with production, packaging and technology
- You train and sensitize employees on the topics of quality, hygiene and food safety
- You support internal projects for process and hygiene optimization
Your profile
- Completed vocational training or studies in the food sector
- You have IFS audit experience from the food industry
- You are flexible, resilient, organized and keep an overview even in stressful situations
- You are willing to travel to our locations in the Tyrolean Oberland and South Tyrol and have a driver's license for this purpose
- You are confident, communicative and assertive
- You combine quality awareness with digital competence and use modern IT tools effectively
- You have a good command of English in order to implement international standards and documentation
