Luise Händlmaier GmbH is a leading manufacturer of mustard and sauces in Europe and the clear market leader for sweet mustard. In addition to the core brand Händlmaier, the company produces the brands Mr. Low & Co., Painmaker, Hot Mamas, Mama Zula and several private labels.
Your tasks:
- Management of the QA/QM team
- Budget responsibility for the QM/QA department
- Planning, introduction and monitoring of quality assurance procedures and processes throughout the company
- Recording, investigating and evaluating weak points and initiating and monitoring corrective measures
- Continuous improvement of the QM/QA system
- HACCP team management
- Management and expansion of QS/HACCP documentation
- IFS representative of the company
- Preparation, follow-up and monitoring of external audits
- Planning and implementation of internal audits
- Responsibility for product development
Your profile:
- Completed studies in food technology, food chemistry or equivalent training within the food industry
- Several years of professional experience in the field of quality management and laboratory
- Knowledge of process and quality management
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong analytical thinking
- Experience in employee management and teamwork
- Good IT skills (MS Office and merchandise management systems)
