We are looking for you full-time for the Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe GmbH & Co KGaA at the Munich-Langwied site as
Head of Operating Technology (m/f/d)
at the earliest possible date
Your tasks:
- Implementation of the corporate strategy for the operating technology/maintenance department
- Analysis and further development of existing maintenance processes
- Development and specification of a long-term maintenance strategy for the departments
- Creation of a contemporary divisional architecture
- Development of the site with regard to the alignment of the necessary plant technology
- Ensuring the technical availability of brewing operations, bottling, packaging technology and energy supply
- Budget planning and budget responsibility for the assigned cost centers
- Identification and evaluation of necessary investments
- Analyzing the efficiency of processes in operating technology and maintenance and introducing an effective key performance indicator structure
- Risk assessment of the parameters critical to the success of all processes and derivation of appropriate action measures
- Conception and definition of shift models for operating technology/maintenance
- Evaluation of the data recorded from maintenance and repair work from the maintenance software
- Recurring planning of plant overhauls and shutdowns in consultation with the planning department
Your profile:
- Completed studies in process engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering/automation technology, alternatively: brewing technology studies with relevant further development in the field of maintenance
- Many years of professional experience (at least 7 years)
- Several years of management experience in a comparable position is essential
- Sound knowledge of maintenance management
- Good business management knowledge
- Experience in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies
- High level of expertise in the field of maintenance
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Analytical and structured thinking skills
- Initiative and proactive way of working
- Assertiveness and ability to deal with conflict
- Strong organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
