- The company is active in trend segments and can make excellent use of its innovative strength and brand diversity to reach different target groups in the best possible way
- Retail Key Account Management is currently being increased to 8 KAMs and is to be consistently developed further in defined sales excellence dimensions, particularly in the areas of RGM and CatMan argumentation
- At the same time, the KAMs will in future report to the newly created position of Head of Key Account Management Retail (m/f/d), who will be responsible for carefully and systematically driving upskilling in sales
- For this new role, we are looking for an ambitious brand salesperson (m/f/d) who can develop their team and take it to the next level
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Disciplinary/technical management of a KAM team and close cooperation with Shopper Marketing, Value Management and our own sales force as well as the Customer Service department
- Promoting potential-oriented key account management that identifies and exploits sales and earnings potential and makes targeted use of revenue growth management levers (4P)
- Gradual transfer from short-term, annual meeting-oriented key account management to strategic customer development planning
- Implementation of development measures for upgrading the organization (training) to expand sales excellence standards
- Close cooperation and takeover of strategic projects with the GF Sales for the strategic orientation of retail sales

YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant experience in FMCG sales for a top branded company with an active network of top accounts in Germany
- Extensive negotiation experience with national customers and international buying cooperations
- Experience in the management and further development of KAM teams
- Mastery of modern KAM tools, in particular analysis of CatMan data, revenue growth management
- High process reliability in interfaces, e.g. in the S&OP process
- Confident & convincing appearance both internally and externally
- Entrepreneurial doer personality, motivator and team player with strong communication skills
- Completed business studies or comparable qualification
