As a leader for the management of our quality control/laboratory department, you will always keep an eye on the quality of our products and ensure that everyday laboratory work runs smoothly.
These are your tasks
- In this context, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the Quality Control/Laboratory department.
- You will also be responsible for managing, coaching and developing employees as well as training and supervising laboratory trainees.
- In addition, you will ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and accompany internal and external audits (e.g. IFS or customer audits).
- You will also ensure the further development of the QC organization and maintain and optimize laboratory instructions, methods and quality standards.
- You will also carry out approvals and blockings, plan interlaboratory tests, define internal test plans and monitor them.
This is your profile
- A successfully completed degree in food chemistry/technology, successfully completed training as a dairy laboratory technician with appropriate further training (master craftsman) or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your profile.
- Ideally, you already have several years of management experience in a laboratory environment and, ideally, proof of suitability as a trainer.
- You have a sound knowledge of microbiology, analytical chemistry and biotechnology.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in food technology processes such as spray drying, heat treatment and aseptic filling.
- Good written and spoken English and user knowledge of SAP QM and MS Office round off your profile.
- On a personal level, you will impress with your strong communication skills, decisiveness, high sense of responsibility and a structured and motivating way of working.
