Our client is an established, internationally active company in the food industry with strong growth. The company combines medium-sized structures with professional supply chain processes and focuses on clear responsibility, short decision-making processes and sustainable development. A management position is being filled for the further expansion of the order management division.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will manage and be responsible for complete order processing as the central interface between sales, logistics and customers
- You will lead and develop a team and ensure an efficient, service-oriented way of working
- You coordinate availabilities, delivery dates and internal transportation in close coordination with distribution logistics
- You actively drive process optimization, data quality and KPI-supported control in the order-to-cash process
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You have several years of experience in internal sales, order management, supply chain or logistics
- You have initial management experience or sound practice in the further development of processes and structures
- You work confidently with ERP systems and MS Office and use key figures specifically for operational control
- You have a structured way of working, strong communication skills and are implementation-oriented
