Group Manager Incoming Goods Inspection (m/f/d)

What you can look forward to:
As group leader (m/f/d) in incoming goods inspection, you will lead, motivate and develop a team of approx. 6 employees. Your area of responsibility will also include
- Ensuring random sampling in compliance with the existing inspection instructions
- Checking and releasing raw materials on the basis of specifications and ensuring that samples are distributed to the relevant inspection areas, including the creation of reserve samples and the release of non-compliant raw materials and intermediate products
- Contributing to the continuous improvement process to ensure the quality of raw materials
- if necessary, participation in supplier audits to provide technical support to the product group teams
- Coordinate and supervise trainees in incoming goods inspection and teach QA content as part of the FALET training in our company

This is your recipe for success:
As an experienced group leader (m/f/d) in the area of incoming goods inspection, you have leadership experience, problem-solving skills and assertiveness. You also have:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the food sector, e.g. as a specialist in food technology (m/f/d), and ideally a further qualification, e.g. Bachelor of Ecotrophology, Dairy Master or Industrial Master of Food Technology with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Sound knowledge of raw materials
- Good knowledge of English and good SAP user skills
- Experience in independent project management and knowledge of lean management
- A seasoned personality with a strong hands-on mentality and a structured and independent way of working
