End-to-End Fulfillment Specialist (m/f/d), part-time positions also available (80%)
Ensuring an efficient end-to-end fulfillment process from demand planning to customer delivery. Proactive problem-solving to prevent supply chain disruptions and achieve service level targets through cost-optimized planning.
Responsibilities
Your contribution
- Ensuring complete transparency regarding the fulfillment status of the assigned product portfolio
- Ensuring an efficient order flow to meet customer demand
- Identifying and resolving fulfillment issues and resolving supply chain bottlenecks
- Accurate communication of order quantities to the relevant warehouse locations
- Proactively monitoring and optimizing inventory levels
Qualifications
What you bring to the table
- Completed vocational training or a college degree
- 4–6 years of professional experience in operational customer service and logistics
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Knowledge of and experience with SAP ECC, SAP APO, and SAP SNP
- Fluent in German and good command of English
- Analytical skills
- Team player
