YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Optimal product presentation
- Order entry, product listing implementation, and promotional arrangements with existing customers
- Acquiring potential new customers
- Managing the advertising and service staff deployed in the territory
- Implementation of sales strategies and achievement of specified sales targets
- Supporting sales activities with technical expertise and an understanding of customers and the grocery retail sector
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Professional experience as a district manager in retail, preferably in the food industry
- Strong customer focus, dedication, and initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a confident demeanor
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Solution-oriented, assertive, and a passion for taking on challenges
- Entrepreneurial and business-minded approach
- Proficiency in relevant computer programs (MS Office)
