To strengthen our QA team, we are looking for a committed personality as Deputy Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d) full-time, who takes responsibility and actively helps to shape processes.
What responsible tasks await you?
- Supporting the QA management in day-to-day business
- Support and further development of the QM system (IFS Food, BRCGS etc.)
- Accompanying customer, supplier and system audits
- Processing complaints and carrying out root cause analyses
- Maintaining specifications, SOPs and quality-related documentation
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards
- Training employees in the area of quality and hygiene
- Assisting with changes to packaging and declarations
- Carrying out risk and trend analyses
What you bring with you:
- Professional experience in quality assurance or quality management, ideally in the food industry
- Degree in food technology, ecotrophology, food chemistry or comparable qualification
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of English
