To strengthen our QA team, we are seeking a dedicated individual to serve as Deputy Head (m/f/d) of Quality Assurance on a full-time basis, who will take on responsibility and actively help shape processes.
What responsibilities await you?
- Supporting the QA Manager in day-to-day operations
- Maintaining and further developing the QM system (IFS Food, BRCGS, etc.)
- Supporting customer, supplier, and system audits
- Handling complaints and conducting root cause analyses
- Maintaining specifications, SOPs, and quality-related documentation
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards
- Training employees in quality and hygiene
- Assisting with packaging and labeling changes
- Conducting risk and trend analyses
What you bring to the table:
- Professional experience in quality assurance or quality management, ideally in the food industry
- Degree in food technology, nutrition science, food chemistry, or a comparable qualification
- A structured and self-directed work style
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office
- English language skills
