These are your tasks
- Do you combine creativity, technical plant knowledge and dairy technology know-how? And are you looking for a job that really tastes good? Then support us in the technical center at the interface between marketing, product development and large-scale production - take the next step in your career together with Ehrmann!
- You will plan plant trials taking into account the requirements of our internal specialist departments, attach particular importance to compliance with quality standards and deadlines and contribute to large-scale implementation.
- In this context, we place the implementation of the corresponding test series and the execution of various projects in your competent hands, for example when it comes to plant testing, small series production, method development or scale-up.
- Your tasks will include procuring the necessary raw materials and supplies as well as preparing for the tests.
- You will ensure the highest possible availability of the existing technical equipment.
- It goes without saying that safety is of the utmost importance, which is why you will control and monitor microbiological and operational safety, without forgetting the internal consumption of resources.
This is your profile
- You have completed training as a dairy technologist and have practical knowledge of the white production line. Ideally, you also have further training as a dairy master or dairy technician.
- You also have in-depth knowledge of process engineering in the areas of pumps, preservation and membrane separation technology.
- Ideally, you will already have experience of working in pilot plants and operating pilot plants.
