Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Disciplinary management of the Customer Service and Customer Care teams
- Developing and promoting individual team members according to their talents and skills
- Establishing and continuously improving cooperation with internal and external departments
- Collaboration on (global) projects
- Creating and preparing reports in SAP
- Internal and external communication
Your profile
- Business administration degree and at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably with an international focus / commercial training and at least 5 years of professional experience in customer service / business studies
- Initial management experience and experience in project work desirable
- Ability to work in a team
- Result and goal orientation
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Analytical thinking
- Very good communication skills
- Very good, business fluent, knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- Confident handling of SAP, MS Office and use of other software / databases
