Your most important tasks will include
- Producing sausage and meat specialties
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational safety measures and hygiene regulations
- Quality control
- Coordinating production volumes with the master butcher (plant manager)
- Monitoring and maintaining the machines, equipment, and facilities assigned to the department
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing goods
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a butcher with experience in meat processing
- Ideally, experience in slaughtering (certificate of competence), cutting, or sausage production
- Respect for slaughter animals and for customers and colleagues
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Class B driver’s license preferred
- Reliable work hours during the week—weekends off
