To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Brand Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Expanding and contributing to the strategic management of brand sales in the German and Western European food retail sector.
  • Developing and implementing sales, distribution, and pricing strategies to sustainably strengthen brand sales across all relevant distribution channels.
  • Providing professional leadership to the key account management teams.
  • Expanding existing customer relationships and tapping into new market and growth potential.
  • Conducting annual reviews, price negotiations, and listing discussions with national retail headquarters and relevant retail partners.
  • Analyzing revenue, sales, and profitability metrics and deriving concrete measures to achieve sales targets.
  • Contributing market, customer, and competitive insights to collaboration with Category Management, Marketing, and Controlling.
  • Supporting new product launches and actively contributing to the further development of the brand portfolio.
  • Further developing sales processes, forecasts, and key performance indicators to successfully manage brand sales.
  • Representing the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Your Profile:

  • Several years of leadership experience in brand sales within the food retail sector, the consumer goods industry, or the FMCG sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the structures and decision-making processes in the German food retail sector, as well as experience working with national retail headquarters.
  • Experience in establishing, managing, and further developing successful branded goods sales organizations.
  • A proven track record of success in marketing branded products to retailers and in expanding customer and business potential.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, develop, and effectively align teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, a strong focus on results, and confidence in working with key business metrics.
  • Confidence in negotiations and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and business partners.
  • An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, ERP systems, and project management, as well as very good English skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe.
