Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) in the butcher's trade
Area of operation: Regensburg, Landshut, Ingolstadt, Dachau and the northern Munich area

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- You will be responsible for your sales territory independently and visit butchers, food processing companies and customers in the food retail sector - always with an eye on economic, strategic and sales objectives.
- You will use your technical expertise and solution-oriented advice to build and continuously develop sustainable customer relationships.
- You will generate demand-oriented orders from our extensive sales program or develop individual solutions for customers with particular potential.
- Maintaining and updating customer master data in the CRM system, creating visit and daily reports as well as reliable data exchange are part of your daily workflow.
- You will plan and organize specialist consultations and support the implementation of trade fairs and exhibitions.
- You always keep an eye on key figures such as potential utilization, deviations from plan, project pipeline and competition monitoring and prepare these as part of regular reporting.
- You will represent RAPS in the market and ensure a convincing and modern market presence with a professional appearance.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Completed training as a butcher (m/f/d), ideally supplemented by further training as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d).
- Alternatively, you are a chef/kitchen supervisor (m/f/d) with a strong affinity for meat and sausage products and practical knowledge of their production.
- Initial experience in field sales or in the sale of products requiring explanation is an advantage.
- Strong sales skills, strong communication skills and the ability to inspire customers with personality and specialist knowledge.
- Confident, friendly manner and enjoy actively approaching people and building long-term customer relationships.
- Structured, independent way of working, high level of initiative and willingness to continuously develop.
- Confident handling of modern work equipment and digital tools.
- Willingness to travel within the sales area.
