Full-time
Active since: 01.10.2026

We are Dr. Oetker. For more than 130 years, we’ve been blazing new trails—with pizza, cakes, and desserts, as well as digital platforms and services. Quality sets us apart, and a pioneering spirit drives us forward. Together, our 17,500 colleagues around the world are committed to our purpose: Creating a Taste of Home.

The highest quality and hygiene standards form the foundation of our production processes. During the night shift, the cleaning team ensures that our production facilities are optimally prepared for the next day of production. As a Cleaning Supervisor (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the technical leadership of the staff as well as for the efficient management and further development of cleaning processes.
You will support the shift supervisor during the night shift and ensure that all cleaning tasks run smoothly.
As a technical supervisor, you will lead the employees in your area in accordance with Dr. Oetker’s leadership principles and ensure optimal qualitative and quantitative staff deployment in line with work schedule requirements.
Ensuring optimal cleaning procedures and maintaining the required quality of cleaning results are part of your responsibilities.
This also includes optimally preparing for production the following morning. You ensure that the machines and equipment are ready for use when production begins.
You are independently responsible for carrying out the necessary peripheral cleaning measures in your area in accordance with the guidelines of the cleaning and disinfection program.
In doing so, you always keep an eye on the optimal use of labor and consumables, such as cleaning equipment, cleaning agents, disinfectants, and PPE.
Monitoring hygiene standards and implementing all requirements to ensure product safety also fall within your area of responsibility.
You ensure the implementation of occupational safety measures using the ASM system, conduct occupational safety training and briefings for employees, and assist in the preparation of risk assessments.
You maintain close contact with your employees. Daily communication, training sessions, and annual, return-to-work, and feedback meetings for professional development are second nature to you.
You foster the development and retention of a high-performing team by creating an inspiring, performance-driven, and appreciative work environment.
Close collaboration with the Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering departments rounds out your role and contributes to a successful production launch.

You have completed vocational training and hold an additional qualification as a master craftsman or technician in the food industry or in engineering, or alternatively, you have comparable training.
In addition, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in production.
Ideally, you have experience managing employees.
You are willing to work permanently on the night shift and, on a temporary basis, on rotating shifts.
Good computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office suite) and a strong command of the German language, both spoken and written, round out your profile.
