You will keep our quality management system up to date and continue to develop it, including document management, development, and control
You will monitor food safety regulations and verify that products, processes, and materials used are in compliance
You will prepare for, participate in, and assist with the follow-up to internal and external audits, particularly those conducted under FSSC 22000, Organic, GMP+, Rainforest Alliance, Halal, and Kosher
You will evaluate and qualify suppliers and service providers, oversee the pest control program, and handle internal nonconformities and customer complaints
You will track corrective and preventive actions, contribute to the continuous improvement of product and process quality, participate in the HACCP team, and advise internal departments as well as customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, laboratories, and certification bodies
You have completed vocational training or a degree in the food industry and have several years of professional experience in quality management
You have in-depth knowledge of HACCP, food law, and relevant certification standards, as well as auditing experience in the food industry
Ideally, you have a technical understanding of production facilities and manufacturing processes
You work meticulously, independently, and in a solution-oriented manner, and you excel in communication, assertiveness, and teamwork.
You are interested in digitalization and process optimization, and you are proficient in using common Office and software programs.
You have very good written and spoken German skills and good written and spoken English skills.
