You are responsible for sourcing high-quality organic raw materials (tea, spices, and herbs)
You will maintain our supplier relationships and strategically develop them further
You will analyze the market and establish new sustainable sourcing channels at the source
Implementing opportunities for improvement and innovations throughout the supply chain is part of your responsibilities
You will work closely with the Product Development, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Sales departments
You have a degree in business administration or have completed a business apprenticeship
You have several years of solid professional experience in international commodity procurement in the tea and/or spice categories
You confidently bring negotiations to a successful conclusion and actively drive projects forward
You are willing to travel internationally as needed (approx. 20%), have an interest in intercultural relations, and are passionate about sustainability
Your profile is rounded out by business-level proficiency in English and strong skills in working with ERP systems
