Short-, medium-, and long-term measures to optimize production processes
Preparation of documentation and training programs
Monitoring compliance and overseeing daily operations
Supporting the plant manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations
Playing an active role in the continuous improvement process
Optimizing and monitoring line productivity; ensuring compliance with all hygiene, quality, safety, environmental protection, and accident prevention regulations within the department
Preparing statistics and reports, as well as the weekly performance report on OEE metrics for management
Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
Completed training in the food industry with additional qualifications, e.g., master craftsman certification or a degree in food technology
Additional qualifications in food science, nutrition, or hygiene
At least 3 years of experience in product development
Understanding of processes and a structured approach to work
High level of creativity and initiative
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
