Maintenance of the QM manual and QM documentation
Preparation and review of product specifications and declarations
Coordination with suppliers on quality-related issues
Analysis of quality data and statistics
Management and further development of standards such as IFS, Fairtrade, and RSPO
Conducting audits, training sessions, and facility inspections
Analyzing weaknesses and implementing corrective actions
Project work (e.g., allergen management, digitization)
You have successfully completed a relevant degree program, such as ecotrophology, food technology, or food business management
Initial relevant professional experience or internships in quality management within the food industry
Basic knowledge of quality assurance and certification systems, particularly IFS
Strong communication skills in German and English
Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, teamwork skills, and a high degree of initiative
