Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided
Management of our master bakery with a team of approximately 25 employees
Planning the production of our high-quality baked goods and pastries
Responsibility for staff scheduling, sales, and product assortment
Support in production and office duties
Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
A master baker’s certificate is a basic requirement
Ideally, professional experience as a master baker (m/f/d) with leadership experience (not required)
Leadership skills and a good sense of your team’s needs
Professional qualifications can be supplemented through continuing education and training
A passion for the baking trade and high-quality baked goods
Organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
