On behalf of our client, we are seeking a:
Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Wholesale and Retail
Your Responsibilities
- Achieving planned sales and revenue targets
- Managing key accounts with a focus on the bulk consumer and foodservice segments
- Planning and managing sales processes across the entire retail sector (wholesale and retail)
- Developing and implementing retail strategies, sales promotions, and product assortment planning
- Ensuring efficient goods flows, warehouse, and inventory management
- Experience handling meat and sausage products, cost calculation, and database accounting
- Analyzing key performance indicators, reporting, and deriving measures to improve performance, as well as identifying market opportunities and fostering customer loyalty
- Leading and developing the retail team
- Acquiring new customers and sales channels, and identifying and developing new markets
Your Profile
- Successfully completed business apprenticeship or college degree
- In-depth knowledge and several years of experience in the wholesale and foodservice sectors
- Relevant industry knowledge of the products in this sector
- Strong aptitude for numbers, analytical skills, and understanding of processes
- Organizational skills, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
- Leadership experience
- Proficiency with MS Office, inventory management systems, and, if applicable, ERP software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
