We are a medium-sized company with locations in Holdorf and Mühlen that has been successfully producing animal feed for the livestock and pet industries for more than 40 years.
To strengthen our team at the Mühlen location, we are looking for a motivated Production Shift Supervisor (m/f/d). In this role, you will actively participate in production while also taking responsibility for the employees on your shift. You will ensure that operations run smoothly and that quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained at all times.
You will control and monitor our production equipment and ensure that the entire manufacturing process runs smoothly.
You will be responsible for the proper operation and setup of the automatic bagging and BigBag filling systems, as well as for bulk loading.
You will be responsible for the precise weighing of microcomponents as well as the filling and inspection of raw material bins.
You will receive bulk raw materials, perform initial visual inspections, and document the receipt of goods.
In the event of technical malfunctions, you will initiate initial corrective actions, report them to the maintenance department, and assist in finding a solution together.
Ideally, you have completed technical training and have some initial professional experience in production or a similar field.
With your strong technical understanding, you enjoy operating and monitoring machines and equipment.
You are known for your independent, meticulous work style and genuine team spirit.
Working a two-shift schedule fits well with your routine, and you hold a Class B driver’s license.
Ideally, you already have a forklift operator’s license—but this is not required.
Good written and spoken German skills round out your profile.
