You advise management and employees on all matters related to occupational safety and health—with a focus on people as well as on processes.
You regularly implement, evaluate, and refine accident prevention and occupational safety measures directly in the production environment.
By assessing working conditions on-site, you identify potential hazards and initiate appropriate measures in close collaboration with employees.
You monitor compliance with legal and company regulations reliably and with foresight. In doing so, you see yourself not only as a supervisory authority but also as an active partner in day-to-day operations.
In addition, you provide clear and practical support in conducting briefings and training sessions for the workforce.
You carefully document safety-related incidents and prepare informative reports for internal and external purposes.
You have completed technical vocational training in the fields of technology, engineering, or occupational safety, or hold a comparable qualification.
You have successfully completed training as an occupational safety specialist in accordance with Section 7 of the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG).
You have in-depth knowledge of occupational safety and health, ideally with expertise in fire safety or environmental protection.
You are thoroughly familiar with the relevant laws and standards, such as the ArbSchG, BetrSichV, and DGUV regulations.
You are comfortable using MS Office applications.
You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a focus on solutions.
You are characterized by a confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a strong ability to work in a team.
