Product Developer with a Focus on Innovation (m/f/d), Dornbirn/V

Your Responsibilities

• Further developing our product portfolio and creating new products in collaboration with our product marketing team, while taking market trends and customer needs into account
• Optimizing existing recipes
• Practical implementation of new ideas in our test bakery and oversight of technical implementation in production
• Evaluating new and existing raw materials in coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborating on and leading sub-projects in innovation initiatives —from concept to successful implementation in production
• Close collaboration with Production, Purchasing, Quality Management, and Marketing
• Contributing to sustainability initiatives in product development (e.g., raw materials, packaging, processes)

Your Profile

• Completed training as a baker, pastry chef, food technologist, and/or a degree in food technology
• Several years of professional experience in product development, ideally in the food industry or the baked goods sector
• Initial experience with innovation projects is a plus
• Strong technical understanding and an analytical, solution-oriented mindset
• A structured, self-directed work style and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Interest in trends, innovations, and new product concepts
• Confidence in taking on project responsibility
• Strong IT skills
