We are seeking a full-time QM Specialist to join our Quality Management team at our Fürth location as soon as possible. Become part of our QM team and work alongside Production and Engineering to help future-proof our production sites. • You will be responsible for the qualification and validation of production facilities and manufacturing processes in the food and dietary supplement sector in accordance with GMP standards
• You will analyze requirements and needs in connection with new equipment, processes, and technical changes, and develop qualification master plans, risk analyses, and specifications
• Planning, executing, and documenting qualification and validation activities—including re-qualifications—are part of your responsibilities
• You will process change requests and deviations and help ensure that our production facilities remain in compliance with GMP
• Working closely with Quality Management, Production, and Engineering, you will support the implementation of new processes and standards at our plants

• You have a bachelor’s degree in food technology, process engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in a GMP-regulated environment and would like to further expand your expertise in the areas of qualification and validation
• You have experience in preparing and executing qualification and validation documentation, as well as in conducting risk analyses, managing deviations, and implementing change control
• You are characterized by a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, good German and English language skills, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally round out your profile
