Mixing and heating yogurt, dessert, or B2B products according to qualitative and quantitative specifications as outlined in the production plan
Conducting sampling in accordance with established standards
Cleaning and disinfecting equipment, machinery, and the surrounding area in accordance with cleaning schedules
Conducting and documenting quality and process controls
Providing support on the filling lines as well as in the raw materials and finished goods warehouses during staffing shortages
Careful documentation of all production-related data
Completed vocational training as a dairy technologist (m/f) or equivalent training in the food industry, or technical training
Initial practical experience in food production and quality control is a plus
Careful and responsible handling of resources and documentation
Strong understanding of quality, hygiene, and technical processes
Independent, structured, and reliable work style
High resilience, flexibility, and commitment
Strong organizational skills and excellent ability to work in a team
Willingness to work shifts, as well as on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and to work overtime as needed
