- Conducting needs analyses and developing customer-specific equipment and production line concepts for industrial bakeries.
- Providing application technology consulting across the entire process chain—from dough preparation, portioning, and shaping through to downstream production steps.
- Supporting the sales team on customer projects through machine configuration, preparing quotes, presenting technical solution concepts, and identifying unique selling points.
- Planning, organizing, and conducting machine demonstrations, application tests, product trials, and commissioning at the customer’s site. Advising customers on product quality, process optimization, line performance, automation potential, and new baked goods concepts.
- Serving as the central point of contact between customers, sales, technology, engineering, and production in the context of customer projects.
- Conducting market and competitive analysis and identifying relevant trends in the areas of bakery technology, automation, and food production.
- Recording, analyzing, and coordinating complaint cases, including coordinating appropriate solutions with the relevant departments.

- Completed advanced training as a Master Baker (m/f/d), Food Technologist (m/f/d) with a focus on bakery technology, or a comparable qualification in the baked goods industry.
- Several years of professional experience in industrial baked goods production, food processing, or application engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of dough technology, baking processes, product development, and production workflows in the baking industry.
- A strong understanding of machinery and plant engineering, as well as automated production and packaging processes.
- Strong sales aptitude and experience in providing technical consulting for capital goods that require detailed explanation.
- Confident demeanor in customer meetings and expertise in presenting technical and technological solutions.
- Business acumen regarding investment decisions, profitability analyses, and project cost estimates.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Germany, a strong customer focus, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
