Your Responsibilities
- You’ll work closely with the machine operators to ensure a safe, efficient, and on-time production and filling process.
- Your responsibilities include independently inspecting, procuring, and managing raw materials, auxiliary materials, and supplies (RHB) as well as packaging materials, and actively supporting your team in their day-to-day operations.
- You will plan the work schedule, lead and motivate your team, provide constructive feedback in the event of deviations, and serve as the primary point of contact for both professional and personal concerns of your employees.
- In addition, you will inspect the equipment, coordinate repair and maintenance work, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes.
- Last but not least, you identify opportunities for optimization in our processes, prepare for audits and customer visits, and participate in them.
Here’s your profile
- You are a dairy master or dairy technician, or you have successfully completed a comparable training program in the food industry.
- Ideally, you have some leadership experience.
- You also have very good knowledge of operating production and filling equipment, as well as of sterile and aseptic processes.
- Are you comfortable working with process control systems, MS Office, and SAP? Excellent!
- On a personal level, you stand out for your dedicated and responsible work ethic, your ability to work well in a team, and your willingness to work shifts and on weekends.
