Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
residing in the greater Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, or Heilbronn area
for the greater Rhine-Main-Neckar region
Your Responsibilities
- Acquiring and supporting independent food retailers with multiple locations
- Developing existing client relationships
- Marketing our services in the food retail sector, as well as in the chain-operated beverage store sector
- Excellent relationship management at all relevant customer levels
- Conducting business analyses (customers, markets, competitors)
- Responsible for developing and implementing optimization strategies
- Conducting annual performance reviews
Your Profile
- Business Administration Training/Skills
- Ideally, you have several years of sales experience in the food retail sector and in-depth knowledge of the food retail industry, including an existing network
- You have experience selling services
- As a negotiation expert, you are results-oriented and motivated by the prospect of outstanding results
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Flexibility and reliability
- Strong communication skills, dedicated, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure
- The personal presence to be recognized by our clients as a seasoned and persuasive conversational partner
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license
