To expand its position in its three core markets—Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium—Sealuxe is seeking a sales-driven Sales Manager with a focus on retail who will also develop the company’s presence in the foodservice sector. The Role
As Sales Manager Europe, you will be the commercial face of Sealuxe in the Benelux region and Germany. You will actively build a portfolio of retail customers—supermarket chains, discounters, and purchasing organizations—while simultaneously identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in the foodservice sector. You’ll work closely with the Senior Sales Manager Europe and the international team in India.
Your main responsibilities:
- Actively acquiring new retail customers (supermarket chains, discounters, and purchasing organizations) in Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium
- Identifying and acquiring new clients in the foodservice sector as a second pillar of growth
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with buyers, category managers, and procurement teams
- Participating in retail tenders and overseeing the entire bidding process
- Market analysis: Monitoring price trends, competitive positioning, and regional opportunities
- Close collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure reliable deliveries
- Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager Europe and contributing to the European sales strategy
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in shrimp sales—ideally with direct retail experience in the DACH region or Benelux.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Commercial experience in the shrimp products sector
- Proven track record in retail sales (supermarket chains, discounters, or purchasing organizations)
- An affinity for and/or experience in the foodservice sector as a complementary market
- Knowledge of international trade and end-to-end supply chain logistics
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated personality—you thrive in a start-up environment
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Residing in the Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium
