Hello, we’re Trolli! We make the most creative and innovative fruit gummies, from the global classic “Sour Fireflies” to the one-of-a-kind “Burgers” and “Glotzer,” all the way to the vegan “Dinorex” and the “Bytes” developed for gamers.

CIP Team Member (m/f/d)
Bring your personal touch and become part of the Trolli family:
- You’ll play an active role in developing and implementing CIP measures to continuously improve processes and workflows at the plant
- Through your structured and metrics-based approach, you’ll provide recommendations for action and prepare decision-making documents tailored to specific audiences
- You’ll impress with your methodological knowledge, and you’ll also contribute your expertise when developing training sessions and workshops
- You have a keen eye for improvements, enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues, and act as a confident point of contact for the functional departments and managers at the plant
- You are responsible for analyzing and evaluating processes using key performance indicators and methods such as SMED, PDCA, etc.
- Together with your team, you’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement within the company
We’re looking for you!
- You have completed vocational training and have some experience in continuous improvement (CIP)
- You are characterized by an independent and structured approach to work, strong teamwork skills, and excellent communication abilities
- You’re motivated to seize the opportunity to continuously develop your skills in Lean, continuous improvement, and process management—and thus actively help shape the company’s future
- You enjoy organizing and helping to shape new initiatives and projects
- If you’re driven, committed, and eager to take on an exciting and responsible role with room to make a difference—then you’ve come to the right place!
