At three locations in Germany, we produce well-known brand products such as Prinzen Rolle, Griesson Soft Cake, LEICHT&CROSS, and Cereola, as well as many other delicious cookies and snacks—including private-label products.

Your role with us:
- Together with your team, you will lead the market leader in the German sweet pastry market and actively drive the growth potential of our Prinzen Rolle brand
- You identify growth opportunities early on and translate them into effective innovation and activation strategies
- You will successfully bring interdisciplinary innovation projects from concept to market
- You will manage product launches and integrated campaigns (ATL & BTL) throughout the entire customer journey
- Based on market, competitive, and consumer insights, you will develop well-founded action plans
- You will lead, coach, and develop your team in a targeted manner and steer its strategic and forward-looking direction
Your qualifications:
- A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant experience in brand management within the FMCG/food sector, with a proven track record of success in the strategic leadership and development of brands
- Strong leadership skills gained through experience in leading and managing employees, teams, and projects
- Experience with market research and data analysis tools (such as Circana, YouGov) and an affinity for digital tools and AI-supported workflows
- A persuasive and articulate marketing professional with an analytical and strategic mindset
- Fluency in German and English
